Thanksgiving....

I know Halloween isn't even here yet but it is almost time to start Christmas cards. I thought I would try a few Thanksgiving ones first though. :) I had someone order 30 quick and simple Thanksgiving cards so this is one of the designs I came up with. I normally don't do one layer cards but quick and simple it is!

OCL New Halloween sneak peek

Hello. Our Craft Lounge has a bunch of new stamp sets coming out. I was asked to show a couple of them over the next three days. This first set is just adorable. I love anything Halloween! It is called Little Boogas. This little guy reminds me of the old Kooky Spook costumes when I was little. They had blow up heads that you put on. Cute girl birthday card

This cute little stamp is from Hero Arts. I had this background all cut out for another card but I changed my mind so it was just sitting on my craft table. I thought I would clear a space (didn't make much room but at least it is one thing used :)) so I stamped the girl and added her on. I added some little gold bling to the insides of all the flowers too.

Here is another card that I made with Our Craft Lounge's new stamp set Pretty Petals. I wanted to make a bunch of cards quick so that is why they all have the same background paper. This one has an odd shape to it because I boo booed when I was cutting my paper so I couldn't do a normal rectangle shape. I made it work though. :)

This is another new stamp set by Our Craft Lounge. I colored in the flowers with Copics and then put Sparkly Fluff in the middle of the flowers on the little lady bugs spots.

2nd Sneak Peek day!

Welcome back! It is day two of the new stamp sets from Our Craft Lounge. Today I am sharing a card made with Tweet Thang. I just love the cute fat little birds in this set. It's hard to see in the picture (click on it to make it bigger) but I used a little glitter on her tail and head feathers.

My little bunny has sparkly fluff on his ears. Such fun stuff to work with. All you do it put a little glue down where you want the fluff to be and sprinkle it on. So fuzzy!

Sorry I have been gone so long. My two year old had surgery so I was at the hospital with him the whole time and then busy here at home taking care of him. I love this quote from the Barnyard Banter set! My friend wants a bunch of cards with this saying for her husband. This is one of the first ones I came up with. Now that my son is home and starting to feel a little better I am hoping to get a little more time in my stamp room and play some more. :)

I bought all three new barnyard sets from Our Craft Lounge as soon as they came out. They are all just too cute. I made this one with two of the sets. My big news!

I am super excited to announce that I have been asked to be a guest designer for Our Craft Lounge for the next three months. I have been following (and buying from) :) this company since they started. They have just the cutest stamp sets. Joy and Cambria are such sweet and nice people too. I am not thrilled with how this card turned out. I like the layout but I think I will change out all the gray to black next time. The gray ink just didn't work well with the clear stamps. Oh well.... :)
